영화『아가씨(The Handmaiden)』- 동성애, 그리고 아름다운 장면들

CFA Level II 시험 다음날.

친구가 말해주었던 영화 아가씨를 보러 갔다.

영화에 대해서 아는거라고는 동성애가 나온다는 것.

박찬욱 감독이 이를 어떻게 다룰런지 너무나 궁금했다.

The day after CFA level II exam,

I go to the movie theater for watching the movie, The Handmaiden.

One thing I know was the subject; homoeroticism.

And I wonder the movie director, Mr. Park, illustrate that.

1. 구성 (Structure)

영화는 3부(정확히 기억나지는 않지만..)로 구성되어 있다.

어떤 기준으로 부가 나뉘었는지는 잘 모르겠다.

그러나, 이러한 구성 덕분에 영화에 대한 이해도가 높아졌으니 

줄거리 상 중요한 의미를 기준으로 각 부가 나누어져 있는 것 같았다.

This movie is consist of three part.(maybe more than 3)

I think each part has a meaning in the movie.

This is because it helps me understand the movie.

2. 아름다운 영화 (Beutiful scenes)

줄거리는 사기꾼, 장물아비, 그리고 아가씨의 사기다.

다소?! 애로틱한 장면들이 있는데,

이상하게도 포르노 같지는 않다.

쉽게 말하면,

야하다기 보다는 아름답다는 생각이 들었다.

(이래서 친구가 여자친구랑 같이 보지 말라고 했나보다.)

The main story is fraud between a con man, a fence, and lady.

There is a few erotic scene,

but not like porn, and it is beautiful, not erotic.

Maybe my friend told me this is not a kind of movie with girlfriend, becaue of that.

3. 마무리 (Summary)

사실 스토리 자체는 새롭지 않다.

중간에는 잠깐 시계를 보기도 했다.

그리고 영화에 대한 생각을 정리하고자 하니 할 말이 많지는 않다.

여배우들에게 눈을 빼았겼기 때문일까나.

In fact, the story is normal.

Frankly, I check the time one time during running time of movie.

And when I try to post, there is just a few word in my head.

Maybe the reason is the actresses are so attractive to me.
